Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles

• User / Customer acts as Controller (or processor, as applicable).
• MaxFileConverter acts as Processor solely for conversion processing.

2. Processing Purpose

Temporary technical processing strictly necessary to perform file conversion.

3. Nature of Processing

May include:

• Temporary receipt
• Technical transformation
• Temporary storage strictly necessary for processing
• Deletion

4. Duration

Processing lasts only as long as necessary to complete conversion.

5. Important Service Architecture

Because the service has:

• No user accounts
• No login credentials
• No persistent customer records
• No permanent document storage

Processing is transient and limited by design.

6. Processor Commitments

We will:

• Process only on instructions necessary to provide the service
• Maintain confidentiality obligations
• Implement Article 32 security measures
• Flow down obligations to subprocessors where used

7. International Transfers

Any restricted transfers use lawful transfer mechanisms.

8. Deletion

Uploaded files are automatically deleted after conversion and not retained in ordinary service operations.

9. Governing Law

Irish law, subject to mandatory applicable law.
